Built for multi-location businesses on the Magnoli POS. Every company gets its own private workspace at /yourcompany, with separate sign-in flows for staff at a kiosk and managers in the back office.

The two ways your team signs in

Front-of-house staff use a shared kiosk URL with a weekly access code, then their phone number and personal PIN. Managers and admins sign in with email and password from anywhere.

Employees · /yourcompany

Staff visit your store URL on the kiosk or their phone, enter the weekly code posted in the back, then sign in with their phone and PIN. Their PIN is verified against Magnoli — no separate password to remember.

Managers · /yourcompany/portal

Tenant admins, location managers, and Magnoli HQ admins use email and password. They see assignments, completion reports, and quiz results, scoped to the people they’re responsible for.

From sign-up to first certificate

New companies are usually live the same day. Here’s the path most workspaces follow.

    Workspace provisioned

    Magnoli HQ creates your private workspace at /yourcompany. Your roster syncs in nightly from Magnoli — no spreadsheets to upload.

    Pick or author training

    Use the shared platform library out of the box (e.g. Point-of-Sale Operations) or, on Premium, upload your own SOPs, videos, and quizzes.

  3. 3

    Assign by position or location

    Map modules to positions (Cashier, Counter Lead) or locations (Store #4) so new hires inherit the right training the moment they're added in Magnoli.

    Track completion live

    See who's started, paused, passed, and is overdue. Certificates issue automatically; every action lands in the audit trail.

Roles & what they see

Permissions follow your existing org chart from Magnoli. Promote someone to a manager and they immediately see their team’s training status — no extra setup.

Employee

Watches and learns

Resumes videos where they left off, takes quizzes, and earns certificates. Sign-in is phone + PIN at the kiosk.

Manager

Owns their team

Sees their team's progress, due dates, and quiz scores. Assigns ad-hoc training when something needs a refresher.

Tenant admin

Runs the workspace

Manages users, builds modules (Premium), tweaks branding, and rotates the weekly access code shown to staff.

Magnoli HQ

Publishes defaults

Maintains the shared platform library every customer inherits. Can drill into any tenant for support, reporting, or billing.
