FAQ

What counts as an active employee?
Anyone who has signed into your workspace within the last 30 days. Staff who leave stop counting automatically — you don't have to manage seats.
Can I switch between Basic and Premium?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade and your existing modules stay in place; downgrade and we keep your custom content available read-only in case you upgrade again.
Do I need to upload my own training to start?
No. Basic includes our shared platform library — most stores onboard new hires using the default Point-of-Sale modules on day one.
How does billing work?
Premium is billed monthly in USD based on the highest active-employee band you hit that month. We invoice at the end of each cycle.
